For our office in Zagreb, dSPACE is seeking for motivated professional for the role of ERP Master Data Analyst in Sales

Place of work: Zagreb office (possibility to work 2 days from home)

About the Role

To strengthen our team, we are seeking a committed Master Data Specialist (m/f/d) to support the setup and maintenance of master data in our ERP systems Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365-FO) and Microsoft Dynamics AX2012.

Our ERP system serves as the central platform used by all dSPACE subsidiaries worldwide. Ensuring accurate and consistent data management is essential for efficient global operations. In this position, you will be responsible for entering and maintaining data across several tenants and acting as a reliable point of contact for colleagues in our international subsidiaries.

Responsibilities

  • Create, review, and update sales items in Microsoft D365-FO for the German and US tenants
  • Create, review, and update sales items in Microsoft Axapta (AX2012) for international tenants
  • Release and transfer sales items across tenants of global subsidiaries
  • Contribute to the transition from “Axapta” to “Finance and Operations” (Dynamics 365‑FO)
  • Execute price updates across relevant tenants
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with colleagues abroad and the local IT department
  • Provide user support and guidance for ERP-related questions
  • Maintain and ensure data quality of material master records

Requirements

  • University degree with a business focus, e.g. Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and experience with ERP and CRM systems
  • Strong organizational skills and a high affinity for working with numbers
  • Independent, accurate, and proactive working style
  • Strong analytical and conceptual problem‑solving skills
  • Business-fluent English skills
  • Genuine interest in technical processes and systems
